Attend an Event
The Alumni Relations office host receptions, happy hours, and networking events around the world, with more than 60 events taking place in 2011.  So now whether you’re in Dubai, New Delhi or Dallas, we may be holding an event near you.

Alumni Achievement Awards
Relaunched in fall 2011, the 2012 awards will be presented during May 2012 Commencement ceremonies in Monterey. 

Career Development:
Alumni are encouraged to utilize the advisors and resources at the Center for Advising and Career Services, including access to Zócalo, the Institute’s online career network. For assistance with Zócalo, including the required  password, email advising@miis.edu. Job postings, career resources, web link and thousands of employers are available through this tool.

Come Back to Monterey!
Watch for news about Reunion 2013, scheduled for late July/early August 2013.  With a range of campus and local activities, dinners and special events, it’s a great reason to return to campus, reconnect with classmates, see beloved faculty and celebrate with other MIIS alumni.  Updates on Reunion 2013 plans will be available by February 2012.

If you’re searching for a classmate, looking for an alum connection in a specific organization or seeking a freelance translator, you may be able to find what you’re looking for in the alumni online database.  We have more than 22,000 alumni worldwide, with approximately 1,500 currently registered on the database.

Social Media the MIIS Way
Knowing that our alumni do not work in English alone, MIIS has a presence on nine social media sites, including Mixi, Sina, Vkontakte and more.  Check out the social media page for details.
